The front desk staff was incredibly patient and helpful when I booked the wrong date. The location was perfect, with easy access to Battery Park, Wall Street, and the subway. Despite some noise from the old AC, the hotel's quiet spot near the Ferry Station made exploring the city convenient.

The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and the facilities were well-maintained. Despite minor noise from the ice machine and AC, the convenient location in Lower Manhattan made sightseeing and travel easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing quick service when needed. The room had a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a partial water view. Although there were some isolated issues like a clogged bathtub and wrong orders in the restaurant, overall, the positives of the stay outweighed

The hotel's location near popular landmarks made exploring the city a breeze. The on-site dining options were convenient, and the added flexibility with early check-in and late check-out was a bonus. The amenities provided truly enhanced my overall experience. Plus, the easy access to a nearby top attraction made it a perfect choice for my family getaway.

All of the staff was thorough and decent. Incredible and stunning location really close to Charging Bull Bronze Sculpture. And only 15 minutes walking to downtown.
